I came out of automotive sales in Milwaukee. About $120,000 in gross profit a year. Seven or eight cars a month. Vehicles up to $143,000. Customer satisfaction over 90 percent. Thirty to forty conversations a day, and more than fifty follow-ups through whatever channel the buyer would actually answer.

Buyers stall for the same reasons in an inbox that they stall on a lot. Unanswered questions. Vague next steps. A message that sounds like everyone else. I write to those points and I build the follow-up so it doesn't depend on you remembering to chase.
